On your Samsung phone/tablet, select all the notes.Don't expect anything beyond plain text, like pictures. This converts PDF to plain text, then imports to Evernote. This is a bit laborious, but probably easiest for non-techy folks or if you have a small number of notes. Copy/paste text from Windows into your note-taking app of choice.
